This was our first PROPER gig. People paid to come and see us. Definately a reason for knees to knock.
Our aim was to play for three session totalling over two and a half hours. OK, so we had to learn and wow we did. Considering what we had set out to acheive we felt pretty good at the end of the night. The majority of the audience was made up of friends and family who can be the worst critis but we got great feed back. What a buzz and we raised well over £500 for St Giles. What's not to like?????
We wisely got Gaz to take control of the sound system though Pete did his best to frustrate him when he forgot to turn the monitors on immediately prior to our performance.
One question does linger from the night and that's - When is Alan going to play the didgeridoo he won at the raffle? we know he's got the hat with corks on.........
